The Northern Tier Career Center hosted Pennsylvania Secretary of Education Khalid Mumin Ed.D. on Friday, March 22, 2024.
Dr. Khalid Mumin toured several career and technical centers in the Northern Tier region including the NTCC. Greeting him in North Towanda was Gary Martell, Executive Director of the NTCC and several superintendents from area school districts.
