Welcome to Northern Tier Career Center! We are located near Towanda Pennsylvania, nestled in the Endless Mountains of Bradford County. Established in 1975 as the Bradford County Area Vocational Technical School, NTCC is a part-time AVTS offering 11 programs and capstone co-op opportunities to high school students from 8 sending school districts.
