SERVSAFE Manager Training
This course contains everything needed to strengthen and update the food safety and sanitation in your facility. The latest developments and procedures, current governmental standards and emerging issues are covered, including the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system of food safety. HACCP, developed for food manufacturing, is rapidly becoming the system of choice for food service as well. Restaurants in Pennsylvania are required to have at least one of their employees ServSafe certified. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will receive the ServSafe food safety certificate. Required testing will be scheduled at the end of the course.
