40 Hours PA Permit Study

72 Hours Theory

12 Hours Lab

80 Hours Range Training

96 Hours Road Training

$5500.00 includes registration fee.

All registration paperwork must be completed and returned, prior to student attendance in the program. The registration packet includes: application (pre-enrollment form), PA State Criminal Background check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA Department of Motor Vehicle Report, and a negative Department of Transportation Physical and Drug Test. The NTCC will assist the student in the application process. Interested students are encouraged to submit registration forms 3-4 weeks in advance to allow for adequate processing time.  the break down of the tuition is as followed.

Air Brake Inspector Course:

$175.00 This is an 8 hour class held on the 1st. Saturday of every month from 7 to 4

This course covers all procedures, knowledge, parts and equipment that is needed to be a certified air brake inspector. Gives you an in depth look into the inspection and functionality of air brake systems on today’s commercial vehicles. After completing the eight hour training and passing the air brake inspector exam, you will be a certified air brake inspector in compliance with the FMCSA federal regulations 49 CFR, Part 396.25.

Must be 18 years of age and a minimum of two students per class.

The NTCC reserved the right to cancel classes if minimum enrollments are not satisfied. Applicant must be 18 years of age at time of registration. The NTCC is equal opportunity education institution.
