Food Production Instructor
Perm. Full-time, 10 month position available beginning 2013-2014 school term. Candidate must possess appropriate PA teaching certification in Food Production or qualifications and willingness to obtain cert., Serv Safe instructor, and proctor preferred. Requires minimum four years current full-time work experience in commercial/institutional foodservice setting beyond learning/training period. Experience Includes: Planning, selecting, preparing and serving of quantity food and food products; nutritive values; use and care of commercial equipment; safety; and sanitation precautions. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; previous teaching or working exp. with high school age students a plus.

Welding Instructor
Perm. Full-time, 10 month position available beginning 2013-2014 school term. Candidate must possess appropriate PA teaching certification in Welding or qualifications and willingness to obtain cert., American Welding Society (AWS) D1.1 cert preferred. Requires minimum four years current full-time work experience in welding setting beyond learning/training period. Experience Includes: Gas, arc, shielded and non-shielded metal arc, brazing, flame cutting and plastic welding. Hand, semi-automatic and automatic welding processes, safety, electrodes, rod selection, metal properties, blueprint reading, electrical principals, symbols and mechanical drawing, use of equipment for testing, manual and chart reading, and AWS standards. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; previous teaching or working exp. with high school age students a plus.
