Ms. Signor provides support to those students with an Individualized Education Plan who attend the Northern Tier Career Center. As well as, assists with career counseling and providing guidance support to all students. Ms. Signor is a member of the Bradford County Transition Council which meets four times per year at the NTCC, along with attending Transition Staffing meetings at each of the seven high schools in Bradford County along with Sullivan County High School.
